An Immediate Needs Assessment (INA) is carried out for adults and children to assess the impact of injury on their life including, but not limited to, personal care, social aspects, transport, education and employment.
The case manager will visit the client to carry out an assessment following which an immediate needs assessment report with recommendation and associated costs is provided.
The INA will cover all aspects of a client’s daily living: including but not limited to:
- Care and support
- Accommodation
- Therapy and Healthcare
- Equipment
- Mobility and Transport
- Education/Employment
- Leisure
